Budget Increase Must Be Directed Towards Resolving Social Issues, Says Karapetyan

According to www.report.am, ARF-D Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs, Hrayr Karapetyan commenting on the increase of the budget by 101 billion he said that ARF-D believes that there are more resources to increase the budget but the burden of such a development must be placed upon major businesses and not on the small and medium businesses. Karapetyan added that the budget increase must be directed to pensions, subsidies and to resolving civil servants’ salary issues. “I am mostly concerned about the salary of our police personnel” he said.

Www.aysor.am reports that Karapetyan referring to the recent deaths of soldiers said that along with Parliament’s Deputy Chairman Samvel Nigoyan, “Prosperous Armenia” party’s Aram Safaryan and Armenia’s Ombudsman’s co-examined the appeals of relatives and sent the files to Justice Officials.
