On November 3, ARF-D Bureau members Hrant Margaryan, Vahan Hovhannisyan and Levon Mkrtchyan met at ARF-D’s “Kristapor Mikaelyan” headquarters with the newly appointed US Ambassador John Heffern and Christopher Andersen, who is in charge of the Embassy’s Political Affairs section. During the meeting, that lasted more than an hour, the interlocutors discussed about Armenia’s internal political situation, economic and political developments of the wider region. ARF-D Bureau members presented the Party’s positions as well as assessments concerning political developments. Both sides agreed to continue these meetings in order to discuss general or concrete issues of mutual interest.
