ARF-D Member of Parliament Armen Rustamyan has revealed that ARF-D is considering of appealing to the Ombudsman in case it doesn’t collect the signatures of a minimum of 27 MP’s in order to take the case to the Constitutional Court. ARF-D is convinced that the government acted outside the 2008-2012 policy framework and it failed to deliver the provisioned results which qualifies as a violation of the Constitution.
