During a press conference with his ARP colleague Hovhannes Sahakyan, ARF –D Member of Parliament Artsvik Minasyan summarizing this past year said to the Press that while it kicked off with the President’s active presence and some recommendations that were to deliver positive results unfortunately those were never realized. “There are 1.200.000 poor people in Armenia” said Minasyan and went on making a special reference to immigration. The ARF-D MP highlighted the global financial crisis as a negative phenomenon and cited as inadequate the respective policy of the government of Armenia. “People have lost their hope” he said and explained that because of that they don’t want to exercise their right to vote.
